 The Star of Lemuria is a small business based in Grimsby, Lincolnshire.

A long time crystal collector and lover. Emily cares immensely about how she sources for the business which is why here at the star of Lemuria we have worked very hard at establishing strong and trustworthy connections to our supplier.  We source from independent cottage business rather than huge cooperation's. 

Sourcing ~

Ethical sourcing today can hold many different variations. for us it was about supplying crystals that hold that beautiful healing energy. without corruption and negative energies.  our mines are fully legal and certified with safe mining procedures  including quality PPE and fair pay. 

NONE of our mines use dynamite to extract the material.

Our suppliers work very closely with several small family run mines. this creates a stable income for these families. 

All of our crystals are cleansed and blessed before they get to you. 

In regards to packaging we do our best to use recycled boxes and paper. 

Some crystals do need plastic bubble wrap to protect them so we use recycled wrap from our deliveries. We never buy bubble wrap

REFUND POLICY- refunds will only be given to damaged crystals. claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the parcel arriving.  sale items will not be refunded.  Due to hygiene reasons jewellery cannot be refunded or returned. 

 please note crystals do have natural marks and dents. we cannot be held responsible for any chips or small beaks during transition. we package appropriately and this is the nature to buying crystals online. we will only cover snaps and large breaks. dust and small particles do not warrant a refund.
